Hay all you bloggers out there, I think you should buy "PAM". Because it's the non-sick cooking spray I use

Quiche

1. Buy pie crust or make it your self bake it part way
2. Get a small bowl and mix about 6 eggs with 1/4 cup of bacon bits
3. Add about a hand full of cheese or more
4. Pore into  pie crust  and bake for how ever long your pie crust takes to bake

Scrambled Eggs (With Cheese)

1. Crack about 4 eggs into frying pan
2. Scramble your eggs until smooth 
3. Add a small amount of salt and a hand full of cheese
4. cook until done ( it takes about 2-5 minutes)
