Lately I have realized that when I  cook i don't measure (unless im baking) You need to go by FLAVOR! even if you like it make sure to ask an apprentice to try it too

Hay all you bloggers out there, I think you should buy "PAM". Because it's the non-sick cooking spray I use

Quiche

1. Buy pie crust or make it your self bake it part way
2. Get a small bowl and mix about 6 eggs with 1/4 cup of bacon bits
3. Add about a hand full of cheese or more
4. Pore into  pie crust  and bake for how ever long your pie crust takes to bake

Scrambled Eggs (With Cheese)

1. Crack about 4 eggs into frying pan
2. Scramble your eggs until smooth 
3. Add a small amount of salt and a hand full of cheese
4. cook until done ( it takes about 2-5 minutes)
